Island Bridge Logistics provides dispatch and carrier-support services to motor carriers operating under their own authority. Carriers are responsible for maintaining required operating authority, insurance, registrations, equipment, drivers, safety practices, and regulatory compliance. Island Bridge Logistics may review carrier information and operating status as part of qualification and ongoing service readiness.
The motor carrier retains control of its operations and determines whether to accept or reject freight. Island Bridge Logistics may assist with freight sourcing, screening, broker communications, rate negotiation, load presentation, coordination, paperwork, and related administrative support, but a carrier must approve a load before commitment in accordance with the applicable service agreement and operating instructions.
Island Bridge Logistics does not guarantee load availability, load volume, rates, revenue, profitability, mileage, lanes, broker acceptance, or any other business outcome. Freight opportunities and operating results depend on market conditions, carrier qualifications, equipment, geography, availability, broker or shipper requirements, and other factors outside our control.
Submission of a carrier application does not guarantee acceptance for services. Application information may be reviewed for authority status, equipment, geography, operating preferences, economics, documentation, and other qualification factors. Island Bridge Logistics may decline or defer an application when service requirements or operating criteria are not met.
The scope of dispatch services, fees, payment terms, accessorial treatment, authorization, cancellation or termination requirements, and other terms of an active carrier relationship are established by the applicable written service agreement. If website information differs from an executed service agreement, the executed service agreement governs the carrier-support relationship.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting inquiries, applications, or other business information through the website. You should not submit information you are not authorized to provide.
You may use this website for lawful business purposes related to learning about, contacting, or applying for Island Bridge Logistics services.
