Island Bridge Logistics supports owner-operators and small fleets with freight sourcing, negotiation, coordination, and administrative organization. Our role is to support your operation—not take control of it.
Load sourcing, screening, broker calls, rate negotiation, load presentation, and confirmation handling.
Pickup/delivery details, broker updates, issue escalation, and detention/TONU documentation support when applicable.
Carrier packet organization, document tracking, POD workflow, and weekly load records.
Gross freight, loaded miles, deadhead, all-mile RPM, dispatch fees, and lane history.
Multi-truck coordination will be introduced after our V1 processes are proven with owner-operators.
Our initial processes are built around 24–26 ft dry box trucks, especially 26 ft units.
Our launch dispatch fee is 5% of gross linehaul per successfully booked and dispatched load. Accessorials and reimbursements are excluded unless the signed service agreement states otherwise. Final scope, payment timing, and termination terms are defined in the signed service agreement.
